Can I import existing applications?
Yes. Bulk import from a spreadsheet, or add them manually. The Chrome extension also lets you quickly add jobs while browsing job boards.
What stages can I track?
Default stages are Applied, Screening, Interview (with sub-stages for multiple rounds), Offer, and Decision. You can customize stages to match your process.
How does the Sankey diagram work?
It visualizes how your applications flow through stages, showing exactly how many make it from applied to response, response to interview, etc. Thick flows mean high conversion; thin flows reveal drop-off points.
Can I share my tracker with anyone?
Not currently. Your job search data is private. We may add optional sharing for career coaches or accountability partners in the future.
How many applications can I track?
Unlimited. Track as many applications as you need across different companies, roles, and time periods. There's no cap on your search.
Does it track where my applications drop off?
Yes. The Sankey diagram shows exactly where applications stall: after applying, after screening, or after interviews. This tells you what to fix.
Is this better than a spreadsheet?
